Finance manager, Mikell lied about our interest rate! He told us 5.99 and I asked about going elsewhere, including GM Told us it was the lowest anywhere! Heard from Space Credit Union and it is 6.99!! He told us 5.99 and I asked about going elsewhere, including GM Told us it was the lowest anywhere! Heard from Space Credit Union and it is 6.99!! We NEVER would have agreed to that. Very deceptive!!! More

DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALWRSHIP! James Batancourt knowingly presented a Cadillac SUV to me that was not exactly what I was looking for. He failed to point out that it was not AWD. He stated that it was exactly as the one I was trading in. The GM would not agree to back that deal out even though it was the next day after signing the paperwork. He said the financing was sent electronicly on a Saturday but since it was Sunday would not be able to check into it until Monday. More

When I got into the car at the delaership after the repair was complete, I noticed a distinct odor, I thought it might be coming from the installaiton of the rain sensor, but after I got home I noticed repair was complete, I noticed a distinct odor, I thought it might be coming from the installaiton of the rain sensor, but after I got home I noticed a white rag on the drivers side floor near the underside of the seat that seemed to be causing the odor. Later I noticed a stickly substance on the drivers left foot rest, which had what seemed to be a maple smell to it. So I had to clean both my floor mat as well as the substance on the foot rest. More

Jay Tracey is the best salesman in the world. However I bought A Cadillac and he is not allowed to sell them. I was sent over to the Cadillac division.
