The whole purchase was done within 2 hours. The next day I had to call Jim for my running board he told me to bring it back. I got there handed my keys to Tony had it back in 5 minutes. He had another vehicle pulled out for us to test drive and sure enough, we ended up purchasing that vehicle. We felt very comfortable with the staff there and had no issues wrapping up the sale.
