She simply made everything clear and left decisions to us. After we bought our new Clarity, but before we took possession, our trade-in broke down, but Vito assured us that this didn't cause a problem or change the deal. We have never been to a dealership and felt like we were buying from a friend, but James made that happen! Connie worked on her day off to make sure we were set with financing, knowing that we were looking to purchase and drive away in a short amount of time.
