I had done a lot of research but a newbie is a newbie...let me add I have just leased a Honda FIT (2018) from this dealership. It's my first lease. I had done a lot of research but a newbie is a newbie...let me add that I'd been to several other dealerships and at all of them (except this one) I'd had a distinct feeling of pressure. I did not feel pressured by Lundgren, and only experienced simple friendly help. James Carr was outstanding--very knowledgeable about the car and relaxed in his approach. He put up with my doing 2 test drives and innumerable questions from me. Connie Grabowski in the Finance Office was thorough and patient and didn't mind when I returned the next day to change my mind about something and created a bit of extra work for her. Andrew Merritt popped in once or twice to answer some questions and was equally pleasant and low-key. I never felt pushed and in fact felt I could walk away and come back in a few months if need be, without any pressure at all from them. A big contrast to the other dealers. I've had the car 24 hours so too soon to tell about the long-term, but at the moment I am very pleased and want to thank James and Connie for their assistance. More

They were super honest when I asked questions and really determined to help me find the vehicle that was the right fit for me. James Carr helped me with finding the 2008 Jeep Liberty I bought and I am a really happy customer. Connie made the financing process so easy and I am super grateful for hers and a James help.
