I came from out of state to see the car that I was interested and I got a little late because of traffic, Tom stayed late to introduce the car to me very patiently. When we did the paperwork out of state, it was easy and smooth, James mailed the paperwork overnight to me with everything clearly labelled. This is an excellent dealership with nice people who want to build long term relationship with their customers. More

The Salesperson, Steve Caria and Sales Director, James Chou were each extremely helpful, friendly, took the time to answer all my questions, and made my 2,500 mile visit very pleasant. My resulting ease with each of their straightforwardness and honesty "sealed the deal". So if anyone is looking to purchase a Ferrari, I would recommend Ferrari of San Francisco first, among all US dealers. More
