Quality of personnel shows I called the dealership when I saw they had an '03 Ferrari 360 Modena in Blu Tour D' France. Jeff Hartley answered my call and we spoke about the car I called the dealership when I saw they had an '03 Ferrari 360 Modena in Blu Tour D' France. Jeff Hartley answered my call and we spoke about the car. He answered every question immediately and with the knowledge of the real owner. I called back the next day and we negotiated the price and I asked if he needed a deposit and he said no and my word was good enough. I have not had that experience with other Ferrari sales opportunity. He said that the car was mine. From that point on he took total control of all aspects of the sale, financing, titling, and transportation from the dealership. I did speak with the Sales Manager, James Chou who was equally knowledgeable and helpful. When I buy my next Ferrari they will be the people that I turn to first. B. Wood, Hilton Head Island, SC More

Great Team Jeff made things very easy for me for the purchase of my new 488 Spider. He pre-configured the car the way I like it so when I came to the garage to order it, the process was quick. For the Delivery it was the same. Everything was ready both for the documents I had to sign and for the car. We went over the details of the car, he pointed out some new features compared to the 458 Speciale and off I was driving it home. I highly recommend Ferrari San Francisco for their professionalism, attention to details and Friendliness. More

I first came in 6 months a Dear Ferrari SF: I am very pleased to write this review for Jeff Harley, James, Mark, and the entire team at Ferrari SF. I first came in 6 months ago to look at an i8 on consignment and this is when I first met Jeff Harley. I did not end up making the purchase on the i8 but I stayed in contact with Jeff since meeting him and he earned my trust and loyalty right away. I had not purchased a car with Jeff at this point and his willingness to help me run through different scenarios eventually led to one of my lifelong dreams coming true. I am writing this review because I am now a proud owner of a brand new Ferrari thanks to Jeff and his team. Jeff is someone who I enjoy both on a professional and personal level. His passion to help others is just as deep as his passion for cars. He appreciates hard work and had tremendous respect for my time throughout the entire sales process. He can empathize first hand with the struggles of a working person like myself and Jeff is a very genuine and sincere person. First New Ferrari Purchase I have had all of my countless Ferrari's serviced at Ferrari of San Francisco and I had only purchased 1 New Maserati in the past from Ferrari of San I have had all of my countless Ferrari's serviced at Ferrari of San Francisco and I had only purchased 1 New Maserati in the past from Ferrari of San Francisco to date. I contacted Steve through a loyal friend and I purchased my new Ferrari California within 2 days. In about a week, I will also be purchasing another car from Steve. I was reluctant to make the drive from the Peninsula to Marin but the guys at Ferrari of San Francisco made the buying process super easy and it only took 15 minutes to buy the car! Steve was extremely professional and welcomed my new Ferrari business. He explained to me the whole purchasing process and did most of the paperwork via email. Steve politely introduced me to his sales manager and finance manager and they were seasoned car professionals who finished the deal within minutes. Steve then showed me all of the new Ferrari features inside the car and made sure I understood the car prior to drive-off. I purchase about 15 cars a year for myself from high end dealerships all over California and these guys definitely have the top spot on my list. More

Best Car Buying Experience ever In the last 6 months I have visited many dealerships from Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini, Ferrari etc. The experience from every dealership is ver In the last 6 months I have visited many dealerships from Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini, Ferrari etc. The experience from every dealership is very different. If I was to rate each dealership from 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest score it would be the following. Lexus of Stevens Creek = 2 Mercedes Benz = 10 Lamborghini =9 Ferrari of SF = 10 I have bought many cars from various dealerships in the past and I can say that the experience I had with Steve at Ferrari of SF is like no other. Steve took the time out to explain to me about how buying a Ferrari is so much more different than buying an AMG Mercedes or a Lamborghini. He was right; the experience was totally different in an extremely good way. He also listens to what I had to say and took my opinions into consideration. While Most Dealerships just try to sell you their cars, Steve was actually trying to get to know me better, So that he can put me into a car that is right for me and right for my budget. I was refuse by a sales rep at Lexus of Stevens Creek when I wanted to test drive their RC-F, they made up some excuse and didn’t let me test drive it. At Ferrari of SF Steve took me on multiple test drives with different cars and these cars are 5 to 7 times what the RC-F is worth. I told Steve I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and he worked with me for hours until we test drove the 458 Italia. On the test drive he saw me smile continuously that was when we both knew that this 458 Italia was the car. Steve made me feel connected and comfortable as if he was a friend and not a Ferrari Sales Rep. Steve took his time showing me how everything works in the car on the day the Ferrari was delivered. A few days after I texted Steve with a question about the car because I didn’t know how to work it, YES I forgot lol. In less than 1 minute Steve called me on my cell phone and explained to me how it works. I have called, Texted and emailed Steve a few times now since the car was delivered. Every time he replayed promptly. To me Steve is a very good friend and if I know of anyone that is looking for a Ferrari I would totally recommend my friend Steve. Also James, he took the time out to sit down and talk to me so that he can see what’s best between a lease or a purchase. He explained what’s best for me and why. I mean these are little things that we as buyers should know already. But for James to take time out and go over all the payment options and to see what’s best is a BIG PLUS. I would have to conclude that besides getting a new Ferrari, I made two good friends at Ferrari of SF. I know these two good friends will guide me on having the best Ferrari ownership experience. More
