The importance of relationship I've always harbored a sense of apprehension when visiting car dealerships. I guess being reduced to an "up" is sort of dehumanizing, particularly whe I've always harbored a sense of apprehension when visiting car dealerships. I guess being reduced to an "up" is sort of dehumanizing, particularly when one is viewed soley as a commission source. This is certainly not the case with Jeff Harley & John Chou of Ferrari of San Francisco. The five or so hours My fiancée and I spent with these gentlemen were the most relaxed, informative and genuine I've ever spent with car dealership personnel. In fact, I spent the flight back to Los Angeles & the next 48 hours basking in both the excitement of my purchase and the excellent service provided by Jeff & John; in fact, Jeff seems more a friend than a sales consultant. The power is amazing. It's like driving a jet, it just keeps pulling. It feels like the engine wants to come out of the car and eat anything that's in its way... 458 @ 570hp vs 488 @ 661hp. Huge difference. Did I need more horsepower... Mmm... Well why not? More
