The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back. I never felt pressured! Minna was very professional and patient, James made sure that my car was delivered in pristine condition, and Josh laid back. I never felt pressured! Minna was very professional and patient, James made sure that my car was delivered in pristine condition, and Josh made me ALMOST forget that I was making a huge payment by keeping the signing environment upbeat. My only “complaint” is that it’s obvious the staff puts all of their energy into helping their customers (they should hire a service to clean the walls of the cubicles and wipe down the desks) 10/10 service though!! Would definitely recommend!!! More
