She was patient and willing to work with me towards my goal of which car to buy and at the right price. James Dunn was very easy to work with while signing the paperwork. Plus and minus. My visit started out good. Nice salesman, Christian. But they were not forthcoming with finance questions until I refused to sign anything else with My visit started out good. Nice salesman, Christian. But they were not forthcoming with finance questions until I refused to sign anything else without having more information. Also the finance company charged them a fee so they passed that fee on to me without telling me up front. Not transparent like I expected. But I do love my car. In case you're wondering why I didn't leave... because I did get a good deal for the car I wanted. Just not what I was told. I would recommend but make finance give you info right away!! Most everyone was friendly, but finance manager couldn't even crack a smile. More
