Plus and minus. My visit started out good. Nice salesman, Christian. But they were not forthcoming with finance questions until I refused to sign anything else with My visit started out good. Nice salesman, Christian. But they were not forthcoming with finance questions until I refused to sign anything else without having more information. Also the finance company charged them a fee so they passed that fee on to me without telling me up front. Not transparent like I expected. But I do love my car. In case you're wondering why I didn't leave... because I did get a good deal for the car I wanted. Just not what I was told. I would recommend but make finance give you info right away!! Most everyone was friendly, but finance manager couldn't even crack a smile. More
