I came from out of town to a doctors appt. Told to be there at 7 it would take about four hours. Ended up getting my car back around 2:30. Chase definitely made an effort to take care of his customer even through a mistake was made. He genuinely wanted his customer experience to be positive and did his best. He was genuine and honest and made effort - the service manger was different story 100%, if he were one of my PMs and treated a customer (me) like he did, he would have been written up at the very least. His customer service skills were terrible, he treated the customer like I did something wrong and had an attitude acting like a petulant 5 year old child. I was offended by his attitude. More
