I’ve tried to handle this situation patiently and professionally, but my experience with Crest Cadillac has been extremely disappointing. In July 2025, my 2024 Yukon XL Denali was damaged while in th professionally, but my experience with Crest Cadillac has been extremely disappointing. In July 2025, my 2024 Yukon XL Denali was damaged while in their care for routine service. The repair was attempted in August, but the incident still resulted in a permanent loss in value. I obtained a licensed diminished value appraisal, and my adjuster sent the report to James Freel, the Service Director, on September 5th. I followed up on September 11th and 15th. Despite multiple attempts, there was no meaningful response, and the claim was denied without any explanation or counter-appraisal. On September 24th, I emailed Mr. Freel again requesting a written position within 7 business days. No reply. On October 20th, I reached out to the General Manager, Mike Brosin, but again received no response. On November 4th, I went to Crest Cadillac in person and met with Kevin Healy, the executive assistant to the GM. He was polite and professional, and he advised me to resend my email directly to Mr. Brosin so it could be addressed. I did so immediately, yet I still have not received any acknowledgment or effort to resolve the matter. Accidents can happen — I understand that. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and accountability from Crest Cadillac’s leadership, especially James Freel and Mike Brosin. For a dealership representing the Cadillac brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope Crest Cadillac reflects on this feedback and improves their responsiveness and professionalism. I will gladly update this review if the situation is acknowledged and fairly resolved.
