Honest salesman Visited Findlay Toyota a couple months ago. Met with salesman James Frieson. He was knowledgeable and most helpful although did not have vehicle I w Visited Findlay Toyota a couple months ago. Met with salesman James Frieson. He was knowledgeable and most helpful although did not have vehicle I was interested in. He maintained contact with myself--wasn't too pushy, simply trying to help. I found another used vehicle on another Findlay lot I was interested in and contacted James to see if he could assist. I told James I would be by later that evening--I live an hour out of town and he replied he would check the vehicle I was interested in to see if he could help. Upon arrival he arranged for me to see the Findlay Volkswagen Passat I was interested in and advised that although he could sell it to me it would be better to go through the Findlay Volkswagen dealership so as to keep the VW used vehicle certification. It cost James the sell but saved me money. I truly appreciated James, and his manager who assisted with this sale, keeping my financial best interest at the forefront.
