I stopped at BMW Fort Washington with no appointment bc I was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and t was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and that’s where I met Ben - an amazing person! You can tell he really cares and had a great personality and made me feel comfortable.
