James is a very efficient, knowledgeable and professional service advisor for BMW. He is thorough, provides timely updates and always gets me in and out. When I needed a loaner, I was able to come in sign th service advisor for BMW. He is thorough, provides timely updates and always gets me in and out. Service was great, took less time than I expected. When I got home, I had a video email that showed the condition of the undercarriage, brakes and explained what was completed. Candace was great from start to finish. I came in for one thing and she assisted me with several more with not sweat off her back not to mention she was pregnant and I didn’t realize until I came in for one thing and she assisted me with several more with not sweat off her back not to mention she was pregnant and I didn’t realize until I was receiving my vehicle back after working with her for over a week!!! 10 stars to Candace from a very appreciative customer!!!
