James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

loyalist I personally know of no other dealership that is more accommodating personable and easy to deal with than Heiser Toyota, the shining star at the estab I personally know of no other dealership that is more accommodating personable and easy to deal with than Heiser Toyota, the shining star at the establishment is James Hicks. I believe the Toyota Rav 4 I just purchased was my third vehicle purchased through Mr Hicks. On this occasion I also dealt with Mr Shahat Mohamed who gave me more than a basic run down of my new vehicles features and operating system, he was absolutely amazing patient and very thorough, both gentlemen are total assets to Heiser Toyota, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I personally cannot imagine dealing with anyone else. 5 stars everyday all day, thank you!!! More

James Hicks is the reason I keep coming back! I just leased my 3rd car from James Hicks. I have a different Toyota dealership about 5 minutes from my house but I drive the 25 minutes to the Metro I just leased my 3rd car from James Hicks. I have a different Toyota dealership about 5 minutes from my house but I drive the 25 minutes to the Metro Auto Mall location because I love working with James. He is someone who is trustworthy, goes above and beyond for his customers and just really cares. I wouldn't trust leasing a car from anyone else. More

Installation of truck bed cover per our leasing agreement. The truck bed cover was ordered during the leasing of the truck. The cover came in as projected and was installed as projected. The car wash is an added bonus. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional service rendered from James Hicks and financing office (name escapes me at this time. ) More
