MedCenter Mazda in Pelham, AL was truly an incredible experience. Car buying can be an incredibly daunting, frustrating and contentious process. MedCenter Mazda is the exception to that stereotype! They experience. Car buying can be an incredibly daunting, frustrating and contentious process. MedCenter Mazda is the exception to that stereotype! They made the car buying process feel smooth, pressure free and most importantly, they were truly interested in what WE wanted and making every effort to meet our requests and put us in the car we REALLY wanted. Dewayne, Todd and James were all God sends - very easy to work with, executed with a sense of urgency and genuinely cared about taking care of us! More

I waited for over three hours for an oil change despite having an appointment. I also had an oil leak after service and had to go to a different service center to get my oil cap tightened and my oil topped having an appointment. I so far have only bought maintenance parts for our car from Med Center Mazda, but they are very helpful and polite. When we purchase a new Mazda, they will get our business and I will continue to buy main from Med Center Mazda, but they are very helpful and polite. When we purchase a new Mazda, they will get our business and I will continue to buy maintenance parts from them, also being able to maintain my own vehicles to keep a warranty is a must, or to say if I can’t maintain my own car I won’t buy from that manufacturer or dealer. Brought my 2017 CX5 in because my display was stuck in a constant loop of “loading navigation” for 3 yrs. I received the notification about the law suit and that I had an extended warranty. After an over 3h constant loop of “loading navigation” for 3 yrs. I received the notification about the law suit and that I had an extended warranty. After an over 3hr wait they told me that wasn’t the problem and I would owe $100 and it was fixed. It’s not in a constant loop anymore but my navigation still doesn’t work and I can’t connect my phone to Bluetooth. They also told me I needed a few updates and that’s why it took so long. I asked who is responsible for doing the updates because I had brought my car in to this dealership for every maintenance for 8 years, since it was purchased brand new, and apparently no one had ever thought to do an update. Just wish everything had actually been fixed because I won’t be back. More

The staff was very professional. The building was very clean. There was snacks and drinks available. I appreciate the communication with the mechanic. The building was very clean. There was snacks and drinks available. I appreciate the communication with the mechanic. More

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I originally brought my car in for a suspension-related noise, which led to nearly $3,000 in repairs. After picking it up, I noticed a different noise—not the one I brought it in for. I suspension-related noise, which led to nearly $3,000 in repairs. After picking it up, I noticed a different noise—not the one I brought it in for. I reported it immediately, and the dealership kept the car for three days, but said they couldn’t hear anything. They sent a walk-around inspection video and returned the car, but the noise persisted. I waited until it became more pronounced and brought it back again. They kept it for another three days, only to again say they didn’t hear it. The roads in Birmingham may be smoother, but here in Selma, with all the potholes, the noise is very noticeable. Even my wife heard it. Bottom line: You’re the dealership—and this is one of your own cars. That’s why I brought it to you and not a shade tree mechanic. With a car I maintain well and a bill over $3,000, I expected you to find the problem. I was hoping you all could fix your own. More
