Went to the dealership exploring Subaru vehicles, but wife ultimately picked out a different car. James was very helpful through the negotiation process and was never pushy or overbearing. Managed to work out a deal, but after signing and the day of pickup we realized one of the tires had a leak and needed to be replaced. James ensured they resolved the issue even though they didn’t necessarily have to. Great service and follow through by James and the Service department. More
