The Sales team is great and I enjoyed working with Nate, James, Sam, and Karen to have a pleasant purchasing experience; even though my brand new vehicle appears to have an issue with the HVAC system from d James, Sam, and Karen to have a pleasant purchasing experience; even though my brand new vehicle appears to have an issue with the HVAC system from delivery. The Sales team answered every question I asked and are efficient is getting work done! Sales has been amazingly helpful in getting Service to look at the vehicle, though it's disappointing to have the vehicle in the shop within a week of purchasing. More

I had the opportunity to work with James. Not only did he put up with me, but he handled me being particular very well. He didn't bat an eye, or try to veer me in other directions, he just li Not only did he put up with me, but he handled me being particular very well. He didn't bat an eye, or try to veer me in other directions, he just listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. I explained to him I knew what I was looking for, and two test drives later, I was sold. From James, to his manager, to a helpful hand from other members, to the finance team -- overall, everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was kind, warm and helpful. Very grateful for the time and patience this entire team put into this sale. I left the dealer feeling like I was on a cloud and I love my new Trail Boss! Highly recommend! More
