I had the opportunity to work with James. Not only did he put up with me, but he handled me being particular very well. He didn't bat an eye, or try to veer me in other directions, he just listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. I explained to him I knew what I was looking for, and two test drives later, I was sold. From James, to his manager, to a helpful hand from other members, to the finance team -- overall, everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was kind, warm and helpful. Very grateful for the time and patience this entire team put into this sale. I left the dealer feeling like I was on a cloud and I love my new Trail Boss! Highly recommend! More
