New 2017 Denali GMC I was in market for GMC Denali 2017. Upon first visit, we had some miscommunication on borrow rate so I left very angry. A salesmen by the name of James Jones, contacted me and reviewed the program. While I was very angry, Mr. Jones kept his composure, attitude, and was very apologetic about the miscommunication. His professionalism is to be noted while is experience with the Truck line is exceptional. I looked at many other trucks at other dealers but his tenacity, aptitude, and overall just being pleasant, drove me back to Nimnicht GMC. James is an asset to your Company and without his persistence and professionalism, I would have purchased Truck for another Dealer.
