It is nice to walk in the dealership and he and Jason Basalay, Sales Manager call you by name. The dealership is always very clean, well organized and everyone is very friendly and have such a positive attitude. I believe this comes from their General Manager, Jackie Lynch who has developed an outstanding team. James is one of the best because of his knowledge of all the automobiles, but more importantly his attention to detail is incredible. James works extremely hard to develop a personal relationship with each of his customers, and he does this with the highest level of Character and Integrity. I highly recommend Nimnicht Buick, GMC. They make the buying experience a positive experience and you feel like you are dealing with friends who are truly looking out for your best interest. Another excellent experience! We bought our last GMC Acadia in 2011 and James Jones was our sales associate. He was great then so when we decided to upgrade to the newer 2017 mode We bought our last GMC Acadia in 2011 and James Jones was our sales associate. He was great then so when we decided to upgrade to the newer 2017 model we knew who to go back to. James has a way of making you feel incredibly comfortable when you are buying a car, like you are hanging out with an old friend! When we upgrade again, years from now, we hope James is there to help us out. Such a great buying experience. We also were helped out by Tony Fazel when we first came in as James was with another customer. I appreciate his patience with us as we looked at and drove numerous cars.
