I bought my 2016 Nissan Rogue for service on August 26, 2025. The service advisor was Tommy Factora. Tommy provided excellent service. He is very courteous and professional. Im very disappointed with your service department I was there for a kind piece service and within three weeks or four weeks after the service my battery went completely dead. Need to have AAA insurance to there for a kind piece service and within three weeks or four weeks after the service my battery went completely dead. Need to have AAA insurance to come in and replace the battery I was stalled at Ewa beach. Through the warranty of the vehicle I thought that when you service a vehicle that means check the battery as well so as far as I’m concerned, I am very disappointed. It cost me over $200 just to get the vehicle again. More
My previous experiences for service and new car purchase had been excellent. However on 19 Aug 2025 customer service was very poor due . Oil change service took 2HR 17 min. Previous oil changes & tire rotat had been excellent. However on 19 Aug 2025 customer service was very poor due . Oil change service took 2HR 17 min. Previous oil changes & tire rotations took anywhere from 42 min to 1HR 14 min. When I inquired about status with a service advisor (it wasn’t Ryan), the advisor went to check but never gave me feedback. Later I found him eating at his workstation. I did not get an explanation of why it was taking so long. Also, multi-point inspection had an “orange” & a “red” markers. No one brought it to my attention. My “eye” check of the service advisor work area was negative, unprofessional due to eating, mingling/standing around. It was not this way on my previous visits. I value your service and look forward to continued service from Tony Nissan. Herb Nakamura More
My Nissan Leaf was experiencing rapid battery loss. It took a while to get the problem diagnosed and get Nissan to approve a replacement (and just as long to get the replacement delivered to the dealer It took a while to get the problem diagnosed and get Nissan to approve a replacement (and just as long to get the replacement delivered to the dealership) but all thoughout the process my Service Advisor, Keoki, was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to my questions and concerns. The care with which I was treated by my service team, including the rental car agents Cedric and Latoya, was phenomenal and helped turn what may have been an extremely stressful situation into a positive experience. Oh, and a shout out to the shuttle driver who brought me back and forth to the dealership during this extended process, I didn’t catch her name, but she also made the experience better with her friendly attitude and professionalism. Mahalo to the entire team at Tony Nissan’s service center, although I truly hope that I won’t be needing your assistance again for a long time! More
