The counter person did not care at all.
He gave me my paperwork at the end without my keys and told me to go to the checkout section. No one had my keys after I checked out the guys outside

Then went back to the tech service counter guy and he seemed disinterested I waited three minutes for someone to find my car. Then I had to walk to the back of the building and get my car by myself because that’s what the tech guy told me to do probably will never deal with them ever again

So when I arrived, thinking I was checking in, I was just getting on line. So what I thought was a 15 minute wait took over two hours. Kim tried to help and probably did but it was out of his hands.

They try to sell you all these warranties and maintenance plans without even asking you if you want them. When I asked about all these extra charges, they just assumed I wanted them. When I asked what the maintenance warranty covers, they had no idea. They tried to tell me it covered all the recommend service in the owners manual, wich is not true. The maintenance warranty, for $989., Covers 4oil changes and 8 tire roations.if I purchased those individually at the dealership$, 80 an oil change and $35 a tire r.otation, that would only cost me $600. Also the van at pickup was not detailed properly, there was dirty shoe prints in the carpet and wrappers in cup holders. The van was not properly inspected by their technician, hence the van needed both cv axles replaced. Overpriced, scam artists. Oh, and they had the nerve to try to upsell me $800 of recommend service when I brought it in for a oil change, a month after I just bought it. Toyota should be ashamed of this dealer.

I bought 2019 used Toyota for a top notch price at Tyson
Koon. Their service was horrible from day one. The truck has the lock box installed on center sole and they did not have the proper lock box code.

It took them weeks to send some private company to resolve this issue. Also, the moon roof did operate properly and I had to bring the truck to their service center for warranty repair. they removed the sun roof head liner and installed it back uneven on one side. I expressed the concern to my assigned service person whom name is Brian. He blamed it on others and not caused by them. It did not make any sense since they had to remove the head liner in order to fix the moon roof motor. But they denied the fact and did not do anything for me.
I brought the truck to another Toyota service department and they said " the un-evenness of the head liner was definitely caused by the moon roof repair tech.

After our previous conversation, I reviewed this with the service advisor and technician and it is fair to note that you hired a third party company to install an electronic device that required access to the headliner. We can't be held liable after 4 months when there was another company involved and had access to the same area. If you would like to further discuss this, I'd be more than happy to. Again, this issue was not being addressed at the beginning, during and even after the moon roof was fixed. So let me ask you this why no one brought the issue to my attention until I called and complained.
I am an owner of a service industry too and if we saw something is wrong at the beginning we have to let the client know ahead of time.
So are you telling me those people you hired are not aware of this standard procedure?
