Experience with dealer ship was good - I had $1,100 dollars in work done, when speaking with a friend who has a Nissan Altima she indicated her dealer ship would offer some type of discount if that amo dollars in work done, when speaking with a friend who has a Nissan Altima she indicated her dealer ship would offer some type of discount if that amount of work was being done. There was no type of discount offered to me and they did not offer to wash my vehicle like they had done in the past. I paid by check, the cashier told me to write all this information from my driver's license on my check, I asked her shouldn't she do this, she stated no. Not once did she check my license to see if the information on my check and my driver's license matched. I was not sure why this was Liberty Honda's new policy when a customer pays with a personal check, the cashier no longer looks at the driver's license. More

Liberty Honda helped us tremendously and we are so grateful. They went to bat for us when our transmission on our 2017 Honda Pilot with 81000 miles needed to be replaced. Seeing that this was our 5th grateful. They went to bat for us when our transmission on our 2017 Honda Pilot with 81000 miles needed to be replaced. Seeing that this was our 5th Honda, we were shocked to find out the transmission Needed to be replaced. They filed a claim with Honda and advocated for us and in the end the repairs were covered and we only paid a very nominal fee. We are so incredibly grateful and we will absolutely purchase another Honda from them in the future. Thanks to Jim and the team at Liberty Honda!! More
