However, the team missed something very simple, obviously not checking their work, making me come back another day. Mistakes happen, I know, but it was 100% clear to me that they didn’t care I had to come back another day. I had to miss a few hours of work, & my wife missed an hour of work. What a hassle. Not a single person said even “sorry this happened”. Heck, even a coupon for a free donut for our troubles would’ve been a nice gesture! Anything, just to show they cared and took pride in their work. Like I said, they were polite, and I hate to give a bad review, but why would I go back to this place?
