Overall an honest and fair dealer but still had hassles with a salesperson who wasn't on top of her game, and finance tried to slip in an extra $600 ("oh... I don't know how that got in there") and then wo with a salesperson who wasn't on top of her game, and finance tried to slip in an extra $600 ("oh... I don't know how that got in there") and then wouldn't honor lower fees that had been printed on that same deal. In their defense it was a challenge for them due to buying out of state and trying to meet my state's sales tax exemption, which finally seemed impossible. Took about 5 business days to just close the deal. Honestly, I hope I never have to deal with a car dealership ever again. At least they sold me an in demand prius prime at MSRP which is a lot better than many dealers. They had a very good selection. More

I live two hours away and it was my understanding that all the paperwork would have been prepared before I came to pick up my car. It took all day which I was not happy about.
