I was then told the price is what it is and I would need to travel to dealership to have my trade in appraised. Four hours wasted on not helping customer on the easiest sale they would have ever made. More

Picked up my new cadillac Unfortunately had to buy a new Cadillac as my neighbors tree came down and crushed my other one .
