Oil change, rotate tires. Quick in and out with no problems, very comfortable lounge area. Entire are very clean and tidy, everyone working here is usually wearing a smile. Issue not resolved Excellent service this time by the service rep. Good communication. Unfortunately the main reasons I came in for was not resolved. My rep was very pr Excellent service this time by the service rep. Good communication. Unfortunately the main reasons I came in for was not resolved. My rep was very professional and I was treated fairly. However the issue still exists. Again I feel the rep was excellent. However the two main issues I brought the car in for are not fixed and only secondary issues have been repaired. I will end up having to take the car to my garage rather than a dealer to have the issue fixed which is extremely disappointing after a full day at the dealership and $800. One issue I was told Could not be duplicated, happens every time I drive the car and happened on my way home from service. More
