I have had excellent experiences with the sales department six times since 2011 at this location. Corey Harris listens to the needs of his customers, and works to get those needs met with the assis department six times since 2011 at this location. Corey Harris listens to the needs of his customers, and works to get those needs met with the assistance of management. My experiences with the service department has been hit or miss. Ron is great to work with and very helpful! I have had mixed experiences with James; sometimes he is great, but he has also gotten upset with ME after having my car in the department for a week and my sitting for 3 hours in the lobby wondering why my vehicle, there for a collison repair for several days and also tire rotation and oil change (to be done at any point during that several day time period) was taking so long to be brought out to me. I expect better when I interact with service. Also, with this purchase, my car came damaged. Due to service delays, I was not able to receive my car when expected, despite actions from Corey. More

I love my new Gladiator!! I absolutely love my new Jeep Gladiator! Jeff was wonderful throughout the entire process as well. He knew that I was not the average consumer and tre I absolutely love my new Jeep Gladiator! Jeff was wonderful throughout the entire process as well. He knew I had been anticipating the release of the Gladiator for quite some time and made sure to let me know as soon as the first one hit the lot. I just had to wait patiently for the Punk’n color to come out (the best color combination). He went above and beyond in saving me a limited release tool in the shape of the Gladiator. Knowing something like this would mean a lot to me. He even stayed after hours to deliver my Jeep to me the day before the holiday weekend and had the clean up crew have my truck standing tall.
