I purchased a used car last Saturday. There were a couple of options that were not working. The dealer said they would repair them if I bought the car. A week later I was told they could not make the repairs of options that were not working. The dealer said they would repair them if I bought the car. A week later I was told they could not make the repairs. In the end they offered to refund my money and offered a check to take a little bit of the sting out. I took the check and kept the car. I felt I was treated fairly and made whole. More

We had an excellent experience here. We drove 150+ miles and will drive back on our next vehicle purchase. The process was smooth and exceeded expectations. They told us several times our truck still had the 100,000-mile warranty through GMC, just not the dealership.
