We were from out of town and having trouble with our older Honda vehicle. The service department got us in right away. We ended up purchasing a new Honda and have been very pleased with it. We knew that a replacement for our older vehicle was in our future ... we just weren't expecting to be faced with the replacement while out of town and in an unfamiliar area. Everyone we worked with at this dealership did their best to ease the stress of the situation, including helping transfer the contents from the old to new vehicle. It was a nice gesture and is much appreciated. More

James is a very nice person. I was not prepared to buy a car but he is such a great salesman that I decided to buy the car after talking to him. The entire team was good. Firstly I did not come prepared to buy a new car and lastly I never dreamt that I will drive Home with a new car and surprise my wife. The entire team helped me in taking the new car home and trade my old Honda Civic to a new Honda Accord. They made the whole process of trading an old car and buying a new car so seamless and efficient that it was going to a shopping mall and buying a new dress. The entire process was completed in two hours and my wife was shocked and surprised to see a new car! Hats off to the Honda team at Lou Sobh. Will definitely recommend to my contacts.
