Jimmy was great, easy to work with, except when he shushed me for calling out the sales managers lies. Less than a week later we had an issue with the car, and the sales department wasn't willing to even listen, the service department willingly fixed our issue. I am a honda girl, I currently own 3, and I won't buy another one from Lou Sobh. Financing department as well as the service department are fantastic. More
