Routine new car Oil change took over 2 hours. Service advisor called me at home to see if I still wanted the complimentary wash when my husband took the car in and was sitting 3 feet away. Had trouble when I bought the car in November and was giving them another chance to recover. This was the worst experience and my husband had to cancel the meeting he had the afternoon. May never go back. More
