The car has a heat shield issue, parts are missing and not secured. The car has been lowered and no one mentioned that during the entire process. I asked the car to be ready by 1pm and it wasn't ready to not secured. The car has been lowered and no one mentioned that during the entire process. That didn't happen and I had to purchase new ones immediately due to rain the next day after driving off the lot. I hope you will take the time to make this right. More
