The car has a heat shield issue, parts are missing and not secured. The car has been lowered and no one mentioned that during the entire process. I asked the car to be ready by 1pm and it wasn't ready to not secured. The car has been lowered and no one mentioned that during the entire process. I asked the car to be ready by 1pm and it wasn't ready to 3pm. I asked the windshield wipers to be replaced as they were wore out. That didn't happen and I had to purchase new ones immediately due to rain the next day after driving off the lot. I hope you will take the time to make this right. More
