He had genuine intentions of helping me purchase a vehicle that was up to my expectations. The finance manager, James was also very patient with me and kept me very informed of everything that I was signing. I had so many questions and they both answered them with no hesitation or annoyance. I appreciate their work ethics and recommend Paul and James to help you based on my experience. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I had to wait an hour to see the finance manager after deciding I was going to purchase my vehicle. I then learned they were short staffed for that day. Although the wait was long, I was constantly being checked on and offered something to drink which helped me understand that though I was waiting, they were still attentive to me. I truly appreciated that about everyone there! More

Great Experience I recently had an accident which totaled my 2018 Corolla so I was understandably stressed. I had an appointment at another Toyota dealership but felt I recently had an accident which totaled my 2018 Corolla so I was understandably stressed. I had an appointment at another Toyota dealership but felt the salesman was being less than honest while speaking to him over the phone. I made an inquiry about a 2019 Toyota at Scott Clark and Paul responded. After speaking to him I immediately cancelled my appointment at the other dealership. He was so personable he put me right at ease. I told him I was so excited about test driving and potentially buying a car and he said "buying a car should be exciting and fun", it was. From the time we were greeted at the door until we were escorted out we were smiling. Paul is very knowledgeable and respectful. When he handed us off to James Powell our good experience continued. James gave me good information and explained what every piece of paper I signed was for. I felt I was really being taken care of. Who knew buying a car could actually be a great experience. More

I was told the car needed repairs and they were increasing the car after we agreed on the purchase price.. I will NEVER purchase from this dealer and will never recommend the dealership to anyone.
