The most straight forward and honest dealership ever I have always dreaded buying vehicles. Over the past 40 years, sale persons hound you once you step onto the lot even thou you say you're just looking I have always dreaded buying vehicles. Over the past 40 years, sale persons hound you once you step onto the lot even thou you say you're just looking, they say they can work with you and the figures always change from the front end to the time you get to the back end and sign financial papers. It was like going to the dentist--dreadful. My husband and I were looking for a reliable used vehicle. We just finished a bankruptcy, so we had fliers from multiple companies saying they would work with us. We had time to compare. Let me tell you from first hand experience that car companies will work with you, but at 23% or higher. One just got out of financial difficulty, why would one go back into it. Preston never sent multiple fliers or hounded through e-mails. We browsed their lot, saw several vehicles and came back at our convenience to talk. No one hounded us. They greeted with a smile and a handshake, more than I ever had before. When my husband and I selected the vehicle for us, we sat down. This was what I was dreading, something was going change by the time we were done.In all my 40 years , never have I had such a upfront, honest experience. What Brian quoted us at the beginning was what it was at the end. They listened, never judged and asked what we could afford. That's exactly what they did. They worked with us. Their whole crew was great. If anyone is going through a rough time and needs a vehicle, please check them out. Where others say "No", they say "Yes". We will always go back to them when we need a vehicle. In fact, my brother just leased a car from there when others said no to him. We are sending our daughter there next year for a vehicle. You will not regret going there for a vehicle. Thank You James Preston, Brian Tallerico and Tony Dardis for everything you did for us. More
