I realized that not all Lexus service centers provide five-star services but Rallye Lexus Service Department sure does! With the friendly and professional attitude of James (general service manager), five-star services but Rallye Lexus Service Department sure does! With the friendly and professional attitude of James (general service manager), my visit to resolve my ongoing problem from another Lexus service center was fully taken care of without any hassles.
