Dawn provided an estimate on the duration of the services Dawn was courteous, professional, and outlined the services being performed on my vehicle. Dawn provided an estimate on the duration of the services and gave me the option of waiting versus obtaining a loaner vehicle. I chose to wait for my service, and Dawn was accurate in the time for completion. Furthermore, the Rallye Lexus team who valeted, serviced, washed, and cleaned the exterior and interior of my vehicle, also did an outstanding job to exceed my expectations.
