I had the priviledge of working with James Rasmussen. He did a wonderful job and was new to not only the dealership but to the industry. I liked both vehicles quite a bit that I test drove and he was honest about what he did and didn't know and that meant a lot to me. I purchased a used vehicle. About seven days later I ran into a problem and called him and he and the sales manager took great care of me. When I took the vehicle back in for service James sat and kept me company for over an hour after he was off. He wanted me to genuinely be happy and satisfied with him and the dealership. I am HAPPY and SATISFIED!!! Thanks James for being kind and respectful warm and never an overbearing pushy sales guy. Special thanks to Matt Jensen for supporting James and not being a micromanager but insuring the deal went through. He was very pleasant and warm and engaging to work with. More

Going to most dealerships is a chore, but not this one! My salesman and the GM were helpful with every question I had about the vehicle.
