Found a Gem! I was not expecting to buy a car when I started looking at the inventory at Luther Kia I expected to test drive a few cars figure out what I liked and I was not expecting to buy a car when I started looking at the inventory at Luther Kia I expected to test drive a few cars figure out what I liked and do some more homework. Then I found a hidden gem in their used inventory. Jim Remer was super responsive and helpful in getting things lined up for arrest drives before I arrived. He answered my questions and was very personable! The finance team worked quickly to process all the loan paperwork and Matt answered my questions. There was no hard sales on warranties. It was all clearly outlined and very easy to understand in plain terms. I received a nice message from Dan Dingmann after purchasing my car as well. It was nice to see the follow up from them making sure everything is going okay! I would encourage anyone to check out Luther! More

A Wonderful Buying Experience I just purchased a car that I have wanted ever since first seeing one in person many years ago. I wanted a used Soul in the green Alien color. I was o I just purchased a car that I have wanted ever since first seeing one in person many years ago. I wanted a used Soul in the green Alien color. I was on Car Guru and had expressed interest to many dealers. When the emails started to pour in, I was getting busy with company and told each of them that I would get back in touch the next week. My wonderful Luther Kia if Bloomington sales consultant, Jim Remer was the only one who did give me the time I needed and waited to email until I had asked. All of the other dealers continued to email every day and one even had 4 different people writing to me daily. I found this very rude. That is a big reason that I went with Jim. He took the time to send me a video he made of the Soul he found for me and was very kind, friendly and patient with me when we met and I test drove both that car and a brand new one. He spent almost 3 hours with me and made the who,e process very enjoyable. He also trained me on all of the electronics when I picked up my Alien Soul. Thank you Jim Remer for a great buying experience! More
