We had to order our vehicle in the color and trim we preferred which was a few weeks out. Jim would provide us with updates and check in on when the vehicle would be arriving. He was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. When we received our vehicle he seemed just as excited for us, as we were to receive the vehicle. The management would check in with us when we were there as well and were great to talk to. Matt helped us with the finance and he was great as well. He went over everything we needed and explained it in detail so there were no questions or surprises. Overall, best experience, by far, we've had so far with any of our vehicles!! More

Then I found a hidden gem in their used inventory. Jim Remer was super responsive and helpful in getting things lined up for arrest drives before I arrived. He answered my questions and was very personable! The finance team worked quickly to process all the loan paperwork and Matt answered my questions. There was no hard sales on warranties. It was all clearly outlined and very easy to understand in plain terms. I received a nice message from Dan Dingmann after purchasing my car as well.
