I trust Fitzgerald Subaru because of the experiences I've had with their service department. The moment I enter the dealership and give the service agent my ticket I am greeted with friendliness. I appreci had with their service department. The moment I enter the dealership and give the service agent my ticket I am greeted with friendliness. I appreciate the video showing me the work being done on my Forester. The service department keeps me well informed about the condition of my car and what is needed. All my questions are answered honestly and professionally. I will never go to another dealership. The service department and workmanship on my car is the best! More

Advertising on mailed offers is false; car wash that is advertised for Sched A service unavailable because broken and no plans to get it fixed; work is incomplete on tires; 2 people not working on each car advertised for Sched A service unavailable because broken and no plans to get it fixed; work is incomplete on tires; 2 people not working on each car to speed up work as previously advised when turn around 1 hr for schedule A service; last time 2.30 hrs… need to tire valves since they are not on rotated tires, to me its incomplete work and now a hassle for me when i pay for service and get less than the minimum; when I brought those up the representative he said there’s nothing he can do, its always this way on Fridays! I have serious concerns and may take my car elsewhere for service! More
