I came in for an oil change. I was given an estimate for recommended work costing an additional $535 not required by manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Rep should have looked at car's maintenance history (I only service my car at Fitzgerald) and determined brake fluid and power steering fluid was well within manufacture's service recommendation. I had to consult with my husband to find this out. Don't appreciate the upcharge mentality, especially since a 3% service charge is added to the bill if paying by credit card. Luckily, I could use my debit card to pay the invoice. I love the inspection video and automated invoice to approve any additional charges for work. Since I waited for my car in the show room overflow, it would be great if music could be "easy listening" not rap, Top 40, country, or any other heavy beat music. It's just too much in the morning! More

I am always pleased with the service at Fitzgerald Subaru. There is great communication, including a video of what the mechanic finds on inspection, they found issues with the car that I didn't reali Subaru. There is great communication, including a video of what the mechanic finds on inspection, they found issues with the car that I didn't realize like light bulbs that were out over my rear license plate which could get a ticket from police. They found a leak that I would have realized only if it affected the car's performance. It was a very expensive repair all around, but I understand the economics of today and would prefer paying the amount than being stuck on a road someplace, needing a tow, and then having the repair cost more than it did preemptively. Also the staff is wonderful to work with. Always informative, pleasant, and considerate. More

The care runs like brand new. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Once I approved the work, it would have been helpful to give a timeline on completion of the work. I waited for over 5 hours in your customer lounge, which, by the way, was comfortable and offered snacks and water. Had I known the work would taken so long, I would have left and came back.. When I got my car back, it was clean outside, the driver side floor had been vacuumed but not the passenger side. I don't know now they missed it because it was noticeably untidy. Also, someone left a bottled water in the cup holder. All in all, I cannot say enough about how well the car runs now and it is great not hearing the brakes squeal. Many thanks and kind regards More
