James Rocha was very courteous and attentive to my needs. He helped to re-install my seat cover while the technician couldn't do it for warranty service reasons. My Service Advisor James Rocha very attentive & respectful excellent employee in my experience & opinion with Audi Riverside .also James went to lunch so Peter Younes finished the service by closi respectful excellent employee in my experience & opinion with Audi Riverside .also James went to lunch so Peter Younes finished the service by closing out the service, another great employee, the only negative is the wash needed to have more attention, even though it was a courtesy I would have paid the $19.95 Thank You Riverside Audi.
