DeNooyer is not well run, and I was put through a runaround. The salesperson was immature and aloof when it came to anything but getting me to sign a sales contract. They utilize text messages as the runaround. The salesperson was immature and aloof when it came to anything but getting me to sign a sales contract. They utilize text messages as the prime form of communication, but ghost you when you ask anything difficult. I had a follow up appointment that they had no record of. The person I spoke with was literally AWOL when I arrived to have work done. They wouldn't answer questions about tax credits, they made me wait after asking me to come earlier. More

James Saleh is an exceptional salesman that was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to our truck purchasing needs. Just ok sales. Pretty responsive unless they almost have or have your sale. Then its lucky to get a call until late in the day. Not very knowledgeable about the car they are selling. As far as the dealership goes, the communication amongst staff is horrible. You try and get an answer by calling, but good luck talking to whoever should answer. Put on hold, hung up on 2 times in a row at one point. Took me 4 - 5 calls to get a simple answer to a question to pay when I take delivery. The worst was when we went to take delivery. We were told by the verification text the day before that we could change our appointment to 2 hours earlier. Verified it for us. Said "no problem". We arrived on time, but were told sorry, the right person never knew you moved it. Come back in two hours. Wasted our time for a half day because they are not organized. More
