Stay away from this dealership because you will be overcharged and lied to. Brought my car here to get an engine fixed and they charged $700 for diagnostic and 1 hour of labor. James and Pete were inc overcharged and lied to. Brought my car here to get an engine fixed and they charged $700 for diagnostic and 1 hour of labor. James and Pete were incredibly incompetent and untrustworthy. They recommended fixes that did not solve the problem of my car and charged me $1,100 for nothing. In addition, they tried to upsale and upcharge their services. For example, they quoted me $5,000 to replace the engine. I called another mechanical body shop and they said they can get the job done for $3,500. STAY AWAY from this dealership and their employees. Incredibly dishonest and incompetent. It should be illegal what they’re doing because they’re scamming people. Honestly, should take them to court for the lies and scam. More

James went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. A battery change caused a key service light to come on. James had the battery in my key fob changed for no charge and had a master tech stop what he A battery change caused a key service light to come on. He is passionate about the Nissan/Infiniti brand and it shows. I will absolutely be back as long as James is running the service dept! More
