Don't walk, RUN away from these scam artists. They will raise the price of the vehicle during negotiations, and add several Thousand dollars in DEALER FEES to the price. I drove up to Kia Port Charlotte from my hometown three hours away in lieu of looking at a vehicle once I got there my vehicle is worth the same amount as a vehicle I wanted to purchase however in the end hours away in lieu of looking at a vehicle once I got there my vehicle is worth the same amount as a vehicle I wanted to purchase however in the end they somehow jacked up the vehicle $10,000 more and then would not negotiate and sell it to me. They underbid my car by over 10,000 overbid their car by 10,000 and then wanted me to finance the difference Not only that but upon arrival it took 30 minutes to see somebody when I did see somebody he was too busy helping three other customers at the same time so when I finally was able to look at a car and get a key and get a plate to even test drive it when I come back, it was again a waiting game for him to be free horrible experience do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs More

The finance manager gave me 19k and no 500 dollar veteran credit because the car had 4k miles on it. I am still waiting on the registration paperwork I paid for 3 weeks ago. More

Pt. Charlotte Kia had the best selection of the model we were looking for, a very low mileage Kia Soul. We'd searched the Internet for dealers from New P Charlotte Kia had the best selection of the model we were looking for, a very low mileage Kia Soul. We'd searched the Internet for dealers from New Port Richey to Punta Gorda, including Tampa and St. Pete, and went there. Also, I'll give a big shout out to James S. for his after sale service. He made sure that we got our second key, which was rumored to have maybe not existed when we picked up the car, and some touch up paint to fix some tiny scratches that we'd spotted after the test drive. Kia of Port Charlotte has very deceptive practices. I spent time on the internet prior to my visit. For Stock# 7254358 I was given a sale price of $28,584 which clearly stated a $4,676.00 Dealer Discou I spent time on the internet prior to my visit. For Stock# 7254358 I was given a sale price of $28,584 which clearly stated a $4,676.00 Dealer Discount. Upon arrival I was told I would not qualify for everything in that discount. However, no one could tell me what discounts were included in that number. James and Derek came with a $40,000.00 out the door price for this vehicle. I asked for my keys, they countered with $36,000.00 out the door. We settled on a 35,000.00 out the door though it was not explained to me that to arrive at this price, my trade-in, Veterans and Kia Finance Rebate would be utilized. Given one price for the Car on the internet and discovering another is similar to baiting and switching. The finance manager really had no interest in going over the sale with me. He just wanted me to sign so he could get on his way and not have to explain the overall details of the sale. I really should have left once discovering these deceitful practices. The bottom line according to their internet is that I should have gotten the car out the door right around 32,000.00 versus the 35,026.00. I love the statement on their internet, " The Price you see is the Price you pay! No Markups Or Addendums!". NOT! The car is great, no remorse in my purchase though I will think twice before dealing with this dealership in the future and you should do likewise. More
