On 12/21/2025 I went in to buy a Jeep from Jaden who I have used in the past at another dealership but he was not there. AT that point I should have left, but I went ahead and went with another salesman n have used in the past at another dealership but he was not there. AT that point I should have left, but I went ahead and went with another salesman named James. From the beginning, he could not or would not share with me what the interest rate was going to be every time they would come back with a counter offer. James stated they would go through everything in finance with us. I still was not very happy due to not knowing what I was agreeing with prior to the table!! To make things even crazier, James had stood at my table and requested I put a good review on both sites before I would receive my spare keys to the Jeep which I still had to go back the next day to pick up!! Once I got into finance, the price of the Jeep was not the price quoted to me at the beginning, stating it was to cover the negative on my trade in. In Finance, he rushed through the paperwork so fast he was even signing upside down!! At the end I did not even receive a copy of the paper work other then a flash drive. It is now 02/10/26 and my trade in is still not fully paid off!!!! The company has called me requesting payments, and it is showing on my credit report as missed payments!!!! I am now having to look for an attorney to see what my rights are since this is now negative on my credit report!!!!!! I have called and my husband even went up there and all we keep getting told is they will check on it!!!!! This is my second car I have bought from them, but my first car I had a complete different experience!!!! More

Dealership's stunning inventory allowed James & Joey to show us alternative Trims & installed Options when our first idea proved too expensive. Both knowlegable men listened to us and quickly found 2 o to show us alternative Trims & installed Options when our first idea proved too expensive. Both knowlegable men listened to us and quickly found 2 or 3 less expensive in-stock vehicles for our consideration. Prices displayed (some in fine print) & discussed were somewhat nebules. Especially the year end incentive hints. Fees add a lot. Add-on warranty presentation was very poor - almost devious. It took significant digging to ID what was being proposed and why we might want the multiple bundles. Pricing was disguised in a lump sum monthly payment display. It got late and we were pressured. We accepted 3 Add-ons. We did not see or understand the deal's components until we got home and printed out a Bill of Sale. Then we were Very Surprised by the pricing on extended warranties. This is not a criticism Of Doug Poe. Rather of the system he is required to use. In the end we do understand the Dealership and the Carriers both need to make a profit. More
