Maria, my sales lady, was excellent, not pushy at all in trying to get me to make a decision. I was torn between a Forester Wilderness and an Outback Premium, and she allowed us to pull all the vehicles up trying to get me to make a decision. I was torn between a Forester Wilderness and an Outback Premium, and she allowed us to pull all the vehicles up side by side, mine included, to do a comparison of all three. We ended up going for the Outback. In financing, the dealership had made a mistake in mixing up my trade-in value for the financed value, but immediately rectified it by double-checking the paperwork. They called me and shared the good news that my interest rate had dropped significantly after they reviewed everything, and I got an even better deal than I had hoped. I appreciate the non-pushy sales atmosphere, as it is a major turn-off for me. Thank you all for your assistance in procuring a new vehicle for me! More
