Feel like I'm being forced to have to trade in what was supposed to be my forever truck and have to start all over again with payments. All because the same repetitive, proven to not fix my trucks issues, supposed to be my forever truck and have to start all over again with payments. All because the same repetitive, proven to not fix my trucks issues, corrections were applied. The software resets of the radio and software updates they keep performing 3 or 4 times now, never actually fix the issues. Yet it's the only remedy offered each time I go in for a repair. GM should know just like the great tech there already knows, it's more than a Software update. They never get to the root cause of the dozen communication codes my truck has without fail, every time I bring it in. More

Mr. Stecker was a very big help in getting my truck looked at and taken care of. I was worried about getting the run around like I have at previous dealers but Jim Ellis was anything but that. Had an appt at 10:00, waited over an hour for him to tell me that my car would be next and it would be another hour and a half. He was not very kind or professional at all. Never had this type of experience me that my car would be next and it would be another hour and a half. He was not very kind or professional at all.
