While I would have appreciated a shorter wait time, James told me it would be about two hours (in my opinion, that's too long). James was great and all work conducted looked good, except that the windshield told me it would be about two hours (in my opinion, that's too long). James was great and all work conducted looked good, except that the windshield washer fluid was not replaced. I'll be back - appreciate the great customer service!! More

James has great customer service. He greeted me when I came to the counter. There was just a small issue with my part that was recalled wasn’t put on correctly. Could I bring it back in? Actually he offered for him or someone from the dealership to pick up the vehicle for me, which was really really convenient. I really love that and also my tank was full and they brought the vehicle back so I would definitely be bringing my car there if I have any issues thank you. More

The mechanic failed to put my paperwork in the proper order after the work was completed, and instead I of me being there 1 1/2 hours I was there for almost 3 hours.
